Something that has helped me cut down some of the prep time with gluten free baking is to fill jars with mixes of our most used baked goods. Currently my cupboard has jars for Pizza, Blueberry muffins, & a Bread/Bun/Roll mix. I am planning on adding more jar mixes to help save time in the kitchen such as English muffins, Yellow cake, Tortillas & Cinnamon rolls for starters. I save all our spaghetti jars and reuse them for our jar mixes they work great.
I am in the process of sprucing up the jars so they look prettier in the cupboard. A little scrapbook paper and packing tape is all I used to make these new labels. I also have the directions on the back of the jars to save me the step of finding the recipe.
