
By mid morning the hunger was setting in as we usually have a mid snack with the kids. It was so tempting to just grab a bite with them. We didn't, we are sticking with this so we can be healthier.

The hardest part of the day was after trying to force down some of the lunch drink we had to run to an appointment driving past so many places with food. And since we are very conscious of our driving and spending on gas we had no choice but to go grocery shopping while in town. That was rough! Everything looked good even things I wouldn't normally eat.

Later that evening after the kids were all in bed the craving did set in. Oh how I wanted to chew something. And the bag of chips in the cupboard were calling out to me. lol. I was honestly thinking of quitting at this point, but hubby kept encouraging me so I did not give in to all the cravings.
*Fyi: raspberries & Celery were to try to make the drinks look more tasty we did not consume them lol. No chewing food for 3 days.
