About the Farm
Flying K Farm is a family-owned farm. Our Alpaca journey started in 2009 when we first meet these amazing creatures. It wasn't long after that we brought home our first alpacas to our farm. We have been enjoying the Alpaca lifestyle ever since. In 2013 we added llamas and angora bunnies to our little fiber farm. We have been having so much fun working with all of these animals and working with their fiber.
Located in Ferryville, Wisconsin our 10 acre farm is just a few minutes from the Mississippi river. We feel blessed each day to look out and see our pastures full of beautiful alpacas and to have the family togetherness this lifestyle provides. Our focus is on fiber production, exploring and teaching others the many uses of this fabulous fleece, and enjoying the alpaca lifestyle and all that living on a farm has to offer.
We carry Alpaca fiber in natural and hand dyed colors. Whether you are looking for raw or hand processed fiber. We have batts ready for spinning and felting. Fiber art kits are a wonderful way to learn some of the fiber arts such as knitting, crocheting, spinning, dyeing and felting.
